This multinational technology company is a top tier global fortune 500 business famously known for localization, mobile applications, and technological advancements.
They needed additional qualified and vetted team members working from one central location to support and develop 6 machine-learning applications and localization projects.
We met with their managers for discovery and to qualify 25 roles to understand which projects they would be aligned with in order to establish priority. We also assigned 2 Sr. Engagement Managers sitting on-site with the client, managing requests, coordinating delivery process, and quarterbacking on-site block Interviews.
After discussing projects for the year, the roles needed were as follows:
• New machine learning app
(1 Lead ML resource)
• Existing iOS app
(4 senior and mid-level iOS resources)
• New features on existing app
(5 senior Java resources / 1 PM)
• Maintain another existing app
(3 mid-level Java resources)
• Support machine learning app
(1 mid-level ML resource)
• Brand-new pricing application
(5 lead, senior and mid-level iOS resources, 1 PM, and 4 senior and mid-level Java resources)
