The client asked Advantis Global to partner on a project to staff an enterprise-wide revamp of their employee help channels and to create proactive support capabilities.
We connected with the client to understand what their project needs were, roles they needed filled, and within which timeframes. We then began taking action ASAP by reaching out to our vetted talent roster and external sources.
Candidates are then screened with technical assessments to evaluate the depth of match to required experience in core responsibilities, tech stack, environment, and seniority level. They are then submitted to the client alongside a full packaged candidate profile.
From there, we scheduled interviews with the candidate and client, had feedback interviews, onboarded, and gave the candidates a consultant care experience.
