ABOUT THIS FEATURED OPPORTUNITY

The Reliability Engineer will work closely with the global Reliability Optimization Lead to execute and improve reliability programs for the global data centers.

 

THE OPPORTUNITY FOR YOU

You will gain deep knowledge of the global equipment applications and help determine means of improvement. You will analyze existing business processes, identify gaps and conduct analysis when needed. You will work cross functionally to review detailed business requirements and quantify pain points around operational issues. You will gather and examine basic reliability data from field studies or database and correlates the data for analysis using reliability engineering techniques (i.e. Weibull, MTBF), and principles. You will work cross functionally with internal teams, stakeholders, and suppliers to ensure that programs and required documentation are designed with scale, operability, and performance in mind

 

KEY SUCCESS FACTORS

  • 3+ years of experience in equipment reliability engineering  
  • Experience leading predictive and preventative maintenance programs
  • Experience in conducting Failure Modes and Effects Analysis and its application
  • Knowledge of technical equipment such as mechanical, electrical and/or controls systems
  • Bachelors degree in engineering or equivalent experience
  • Self-starter with the ability to function in a fast-paced environment with cross functiona teams
