We are looking for a Software Engineer V who will support building VR applications on upcoming hardware. The ideal candidate should be proficient with React Native, Android Native (Java), Native (C++), and have experience with backend development.
THE OPPORTUNITY FOR YOU
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain VR applications on HMDs and upcoming hardware devices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement features that meet business requirements.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code in React Native, Android Native (Java), and Native (C++).
- Develop and maintain backend systems.
- Troubleshoot and debug complex software issues.
- Continuously improve software development processes and practices.
KEY SUCCESS FACTORS
Minimal Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in software development, ideally in Android development.
- Professional experience in Java programming.
- Professional experience in C/C++ programming. Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- AR/VR development experience.
- Experience in React Native development.
- Experience with OpenGL.
- 5+ years of related experience preferred, but not required.
