Retail - Project Manager III

ABOUT THIS FEATURED OPPORTUNITY

Our client is seeking a Program Manager for the Store Operations - Ownership team. This role involves managing the entire project lifecycle from definition/scope through implementation, with responsibilities including project planning, resource and stakeholder management, change management, and communications. The successful candidate will deliver projects on time, at/under budget, and within scope, ensuring that all stakeholders are kept informed throughout the project's lifecycle. This role provides an opportunity to influence and drive our client’s ownership programs forward while delivering unparalleled experiences to every customer.

THE OPPORTUNITY FOR YOU

• Responsible for the management of the entire project lifecycle from project definition/scope through implementation
• Develop project plans and drive project milestones using project management methodologies and tools, like MS Project
• Identify, coordinate, and manage resources and key stakeholders for the project
• Ensure effective change management occurs throughout the course of the project
• Manage all communication plans, training, and documentation
• Deliver projects on time, at/under budget, and within scope
• Communicate project status to all stakeholders on a regular basis throughout the lifecycle of the project

KEY SUCCESS FACTORS

• Deeply passionate about customer experience
• Excellent organizational understanding and project management skills to lead multiple projects concurrently
• Ability to identify and track critical measures of success to report and influence program efficiency
• Outstanding presentation and communication skills - both verbal and written
• Expert knowledge of MS Project, Excel, MS Word, and Visio
• Excellent oral and written communications, interpersonal, negotiation, project planning, judgment, leadership, decision-making, analysis, and problem-solving skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• BA/BS required, MBA preferred
• Proven ability to chart a vision for projects and programs and translate it into a world-class customer experience
• Demonstrated experience in driving projects and programs to successful execution in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
• Experience in working collaboratively and inclusively with cross-functional and global partners towards aligned goals
• Expert knowledge of project management tools such as MS Project, Excel, MS Word, and Visio
