Financial Analyst (contract) – Hybrid-Dallas, TX

THE OPPORTUNITY FOR YOU 

• Offer various methods to customers to increase customer satisfaction and meet their demands.
• Working with different businesses and negotiating terms and conditions. It requires excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Managing the terms and conditions, rent collection, and commercial components.
• Monitoring the performance of the product after installation, tracking its usage, and ensuring its optimal performance.
• Develop and implement marketing and advertising strategies to increase the visibility of the product service and attract new customers.
• Working with the tech team to develop and enhance product technology. The job may involve analyzing the cost-benefit of different technology options and determining how many engineers are needed and for how long.
• Managing accounting and financial reporting, ensuring that all financial records are accurate and up to date.
• Conduct monthly and quarterly business reviews to evaluate the performance of the product service against goals and targets.
• Lead the planning cycle every year, including both short-term and long-term planning.
• Working with the business team to calculate a reasonable goal for the next year for the locker service in the region.
• Evaluating the business by current trends and determining how the locker service is trending against the plan.

KEY SUCCESS FACTORS 
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field
• 5+ years of relevant finance experience (financial analysis and accounting) • experience supporting business operations
• Advanced knowledge of Excel
• Experience with SQL
• Experience with Tableau
• Advanced analytical skills and an ability to work independently in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment; work ethic based on a strong desire to exceed expectations; strong interpersonal skills including written and oral communication
• Demonstrated ability to build and manage financial models for business forecasting, variance analysis, and problem-solving
• The ideal candidate will be comfortable with large volumes of complex data and presenting their findings to senior management.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS 

• Experience with Cognos and SQL is a strong plus.
