We are looking for an upbeat and motived Senior IT Recruiter for our contract and contract to hire delivery efforts. The ideal person for this role will have experience in IT, engineering, and technical full-life cycle recruiting coming from an agency background.

Duties and Responsibilities
Full life cycle recruiting including: boolean search strings, posting job openings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, networking, conducting interview prep sessions, scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks, cold calling, offing the jobs to candidates etc.
Partner with Account Managers to qualify technical requirements with hiring managers and lead the team in relevant search strings
Continuous effort towards building out your leads list out.
Qualifications
2-5+ years technical recruiting experience
Experience recruiting for perm, contract and contract to hire positions with short-term deadlines
Must be internet savvy and have experience with sites like LinkedIn, Monster, Dice, CareerBuilder etc.
Experience with at least one or more applicant tracking system (ATS) such as Bullhorn, Salesforce or a proprietary system
Strong communication, high energy and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
Passionate for providing top notch customer experience
Willing to go on the occasional client meeting/Zoom to help qualify requirements
4-year degree
