ABOUT THIS FEATURED OPPORTUNITY

The Engineering Project Manager will work on managing 2-3 projects within Apple Pay and chat space (API builder/viewer that will allow users/admins to integrate APIs more easily).

THE OPPORTUNITY FOR YOU

You will have the opportunity to drive project execution, translating customer needs and opportunities into a compelling roadmap and working cross-functionally to deliver impactful solutions for customers to connect with Apple through chat. You’ll work directly with Engineering, Design, and Data Science, as well as with Sales and Support to ship great products. You’ll take part in conceptualizing, launching, and iterating on chat for millions of Apple users around the world. The ideal candidate will be results-driven as they navigate through ambiguity.

KEY SUCCESS FACTORS

3+ years of Engineering Project Management experience
- Experience managing complex, fast-paced projects that are business critical
- Experience working with cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams
Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience building rapport with team members to help drive close partnership and collaboration
- Experience taking meticulous meeting minutes and translating them into actionable tasks
Degree/background within Computer Science or Information Systems would be helpful
