We are looking for a Program Manager who is passionate about leading the way for us in creating owners. As a member of this team, you will take the lead in creating, implementing, and managing store programs globally. This role will draw upon your experience as a Program Manager to combine your skills in project management, strong sense of customer experience, and business understanding to deliver the most exciting moments.

THE OPPORTUNITY FOR YOU

In this role, you will be responsible for leading key ownership programs that improve the customer experience in our client's Retail stores. You will also work cross-functionally with Operations, Product, Marketing, and Development teams to build and support programs that elevate the customer’s ownership experience in stores around the world. Most importantly, this role requires deep passion and curiosity to help drive ownership programs forward.

Chart a vision for projects and programs and translate it into a world-class customer experience.
Expertly drive projects and programs to successful execution in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
Analyze data and information to identify trends and problems, create innovative solutions, and drive implementation of key strategies.
Work collaboratively and inclusively with cross-functional and global partners towards aligned goals.
Excellent organizational understanding and project management skills to lead multiple projects concurrently.
Identify and track critical measures of success to report and influence program efficiency.
Outstanding presentation and communication skills - both verbal and written.
