ABOUT THIS FEATURED OPPORTUNITY
The Product Manager will work on improving the customer experience for an internal tool for business users to configure a chatbot for external users and customers.
THE OPPORTUNITY FOR YOU
You will have the opportunity to identify areas of improvement in regard to customer experience by diving into data and processes. Once areas have been identified, you will be responsible for collaborating with other product managers and engineers to help execute a plan of improving or creating new features to address those gaps. As this product is growing globally, it’s the team’s mission to improve the experience of its users, so the ideal candidate will have strong analytic skills. In addition, you will have excellent communication and organization skills.
