We are seeking a Customer Relationship Marketing Specialist to join the Digital Team in focusing on the customer-centric digital experience through personalized interactions throughout the customer lifecycle.
Works with leadership, Marketing, and Sales to develop strategy for the management of customer interactions throughout the customer lifecycle
Proposes and contributes to a holistic CRM strategy and determines optimal place to apply personalization in partnership with marketing and campaign
Leads and provides strategic input to enable 360 communications with customers and continually test, analyze, and manage performance to support ongoing improvement
Understands and designs personalization between key channels; design digital strategy to align customer personas with communications and channel preferences
Facilitates design thinking for the application of personalization and measurement to digitize aspects of relationship management (e.g, gamification, loyalty, campaigns), including defining the strategy to incorporate feedback
Collaborates with other leads to govern, measure, and manage experience design work (e.g. KPIs)
Drives work that complies with a clear product lifecycle management and partners with other teams to share ownership of the end-to-end business process
Identifies key moments across the customer journeys where the experience can be improved through the implementation of digital opportunities
THE OPPORTUNITY FOR YOU
General knowledge of ESP tools. SailThru CRM Platform knowledge a bonus
Utilized a project management tool in a previous role
Understanding of User-Centered Design principles
Sound understanding of the digital landscape with demonstrated understanding of digital and Internet technology
KEY SUCCESS FACTORS
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
At least 3 years of relevant experience in Marketing or Communications
At least 2 year’s experience working with CRM and CMS systems
At least 2 years of working in a consumer product goods retail environment
Proficient with Microsoft Office or iWork applications
