Web Content Specialist - Perm - $60K - $70K salary hybrid onsite/remote

MUST BE ONSITE 3 DAYS AND REMOTE 2 DAYS in Bradenton, FL
As a Digital Web Content Specialist, you will be responsible for the website content management strategy execution, and optimization across our eCommerce platforms. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Sales, Product, Creative, and Events to help refine and improve our digital experiences and customer journeys.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Guide and develop the content creation process for our brand, products, customer, and digital experiences
- Understand the desired target audiences, manage the content creation and publishing process, and monitor consumer and content metrics
- Meet with the creative, marketing, and design teams to ideate and define content goals
- Researching content and consumer trends to ensure that content is relevant and appealing
- Developing and executing content strategies to effectively reach the desired target audience and marketing/sales goals
- Proofreading and editing content before publishing
- Ensuring that SEO and SMO strategies are effectively implemented
up to date with content trends, consumer preferences, and advancements in technology
Tagging, headless CMS (put into web and mobile)

- Working knowledge with headless content management systems – Specific experience with Kentico Kontent a plus.
- Keen eye for detail and highly creative
- Strong storyteller and possess excellent knowledge of consumer and content trends
- Good knowledge of content and layout design tools
- Excellent computer skills with MS Office
- Strong understanding of content practices such as SEO, SMO, and PPC
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to keep abreast of content and consumer trends and advancements in technology
- Working knowledge of basic HTML and Google Analytics
- Comfort with juggling multiple projects and moving fluidly between technical and creative work
- Acute attention to detail and a keen visual eye for enforcing brand and technical guidelines
- Top-notch organizational and project management skills
- An active self-learner and creative mind that brings new ideas to the table
KEY SUCCESS FACTORS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Digital Marketing, Communications, Information Systems, or related field
- At least 1-3 years of relevant experience
