This position will be responsible for leading knowledge management and operations of research studies conducted by the team. We are looking for someone with prior hands-on market/user research experience to bring a point of view in designing, managing and sharing primary and secondary customer research. The Research Program Manager will work closely with the Small Businesses Marketing Insights team. This role will be remote and travel is not required.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Identify and scope knowledge management needs of Marketing Insights team so that Insights can be easily leveraged across the organization
• Develop and implement a knowledge management strategy and processes for the Marketing Insights that would allow for the sharing, accessing and utilization of knowledge across the organization through compelling artifacts
• Be the point of contact for Marketing Insights colleagues seeking guidance on existing research on topics and ways to share knowledge
• Partner with colleagues in broader knowledge management roles to ensure Marketing Insights team knowledge is embedded in company-wide systems allowing us to share information and best practices with a broader set of colleagues
• Understand business context and research needs to support Marketing Insights colleagues on research project design such as writing thoughtful screeners and surveys
• Understand and be the authority on internal policies to ensure compliance with data storage for the teams work

EXPERIENCE & SKILL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Bachelors degree
• 3 years hands-on experience in research design or research project management, preferably in a cross-functional organization
• Experience with HTML, web design and GSuite tools, preferably including Google Sites as well
• A commitment to knowledge management and organizational learning
• Track record of operating independently, solving problems creatively, and delivering results in a highly organized manner
• Evidence of being able to build effective and sustainable cross-functional relationships
• Ability to develop prioritize and manage work effectively
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to communicate effectively, inspire and motivate people across organization
