We are seeking an Application Manager for our Salesforce system to manage and maintain the CRM product for our People (HR) Team. The role will contribute to the management of ongoing Salesforce features and functionality and will guide the work of our Salesforce Lifecycle development team. The ideal candidate will have prior working experience with HR products.
Successful candidates will question common assumptions, rethink existing configurations, and see every challenge as an opportunity for system improvements.
Responsibilities
1. Leads cross functional teams towards predictable execution without supervision and partners with vendors and engineering teams to implement solutions that drive business value.
2. Hands-on development and configuration of CRM Application
3. Influence enhancements and new projects to improve the product and end user experience.
4. Imagine innovative products and solutions that solve complex business problems fully leveraging our technology stack.
5. Ensures Salesforce platform uptime reliability.
6. Proactively drives efforts that prevent systemic failure
7. Mentors junior team members and peers on process, domain and technology
8. Defines standard procedures and operational rigor in a post-production environment
9. Acts as escalation point for departmental and business process issues, enhancements, road map definition.
10. Deeply understands business metrics and demonstrates methodical and data driven approach to driving insights and focus on critical issues.
Minimum Qualifications
1. 6+ years of experience implementing solutions with ERP software.
2. 6+ years of experience integrating systems with third-party service vendors.
3. 5+ years of experience as an architect with advanced knowledge of Salesforce platform.
4. Self-starter with experience working independently with a proactive working style.
5. Communication skills and experience interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
6. Demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced environment.
7. Proficiency using flow builder, process builder, Omni-channel, entitlement and other out of the box solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.
2. Demonstrated experience in Human Resources related domains: HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, etc.
3. Experience with implementing out-of-the-box Salesforce solutions
4. Demonstrated experience with lightning component development
