The Lead Recruiter role within Advantis Global is designed to help develop, mentor, train and lead our internal recruiting teams. We are looking for highly motivated individuals with a growth mindset in business and professional development at Advantis. Must Haves:
1 President Club by GM qualification or 15k average for 3 consecutive months or 2+ years of industry specific experience with equivalent results.
Experince leading and mentoring other Recruiters in recruiting best practices; sourcing strategy, call preparation, screening candidates, submittals, references, interview prep, rate negotiation, onboarding and contractor care.
Developing and maintaining long term contractor relationships.
Experience with MSP/VMS tools.
Experience working with 3rd party sub-vendors and rate negotiation
Lead Generation and high-volume candidate outreach.
Effective communicator, comfortable leading sourcing strategy meetings, team meetings, interfacing with customers, selling candidates, etc.
Strong interpersonal skills and positive work ethic.
Great collaborator and experience with cross functional teams.
Mentorship and Training
Proven track record for running recruiter meetings
Proven track record in mentoring Phase 1, Phase 2 and Senior recruiters
Proven track record in training Phase 1, Phase 2 recruiters
Versed in all phases of the Recruiter Lifecycle and can train junior recruiters on each phase
Day-to-Day Operations
Proven ability to run sunrise and sunset meetings
Proven ability to run Daily Allocation
Proven ability to run Daily Sourcing strategy meetings
Understanding of strategic Outside of the box souring strategies
Proven ability to Screen candidates
Get buy in from peers, sales, and management.
Get sign off on all phases of the recruiter lifecycle signed off by Recruiting Manager or above.
Responsibilities:
Maintaining Senior Recruiter metrics
Development of Phase 1 Recruiters
Development of Phase 2 Recruiters
Sign-off on all recruiter role plays (interview prep, CSF, references, IOI’s, rate negotiation, MORC, Lead Generation, Hot Leads, Candidate Interview Feedback, etc.)
Run weekly Recruiter Meeting
RAM board/Bullhorn up to date for your POD
Mentorship and Training
Run recruiter meetings
Mentoring Phase 1, Phase 2 and Senior recruiters
Training Phase 1, Phase 2 recruiters
Day-to-Day Operations
Run sunrise and sunset meetings
Run Daily Allocation
Run Daily Sourcing strategy meetings
Screen candidates
Manage all digital Recruiting efforts for your POD
