Ravenscroft is an energetic business leader in the human capital services industry and a proud veteran, he brings a wealth of leadership experience and a passion to fulfill the Advantis Government Solutions purpose to connect people to opportunity.

Advantis Government Solutions, a subdivision of Advantis Global Solutions, specializes in cleared and non-cleared IT talent for both the Prime Contractor community as well as Federal (Civilian | Defense | Intelligence) and SLED agencies.

Ravenscroft currently leads two divisions at Advantis Global Inc and Advantis Government Solutions.  Advantis Global is an IT staffing & services company based out of San Francisco, CA. Prior to Advantis Global, Bill’s career has spanned 13 years in the human capital services industry leading teams across national sales, client success and operations for multi-national companies like Adecco, as the Chief Sales Officer, and Randstad, as Vice President of National Accounts.

Prior to the staffing industry, Ravenscroft spent 8 years in the supply chain and logistics industry driving the strategic improvement of sourcing, manufacturing, and distribution for several Fortune 1000 companies with operations across North America and Asia.

Advantis Government Solutions has embodied the phrase “We know the mission because we lived it.” Before his civilian career, Ravenscroft enlisted as a United States Marine where he served as a Raider in the 1st Marine Division at Camp Pendleton, CA and deployed twice, earning his Combat Action Ribbon in Mogadishu, Somalia.

As a US Marine Veteran, Ravenscroft has first-hand experience in the crucial role that Cyber, Defense, and Intelligence IT Talent plays in government. Led by veterans, Advantis Government Solutions focuses on the veteran community to ensure our approach to business remains centered on the principles of military readiness, precision and execution.
