Referral Reward Program

ADVANTIS Global Services recognizes the tremendous potential our consultants and their professional networks represent to our company. We understand that trusted relationships are valuable and hard-earned. As such, our referral program rewards those that leverage their networks in ways that provide opportunities to build our business.

The program is simple and can reward you in 3 ways:

Candidate Referral: When you refer us to a candidate that we successfully place on a contract or permanent position we will pay you a referral fee.

New Client Introduction: If make an introduction to a new client (or a new Hiring Manager in an existing Client) we will pay you as soon as we make a successful contract or permanent placement with that Manager / Company. The exact amount will depend upon the size of the opportunity.

Hiring Manager Lead: When you refer us to a new Hiring Manager we will enter your name into a drawing for a free iPhone! The more leads you send us, the more chances to win! [ Next Quaterly Drawing: December 6, 2010 ]
