Founded in 2007, ADVANTIS entered the workforce solutions industry with a singular focus: to adapt the traditional consultative model to match the demands of a rapidly evolving IT marketplace. Leveraging a leadership team with a combined 50+ years of industry experience, our goal has been both simple and singular from the start: to create an unrivaled customer experience matched only by our emphasis on quality and speed to market.

Our history of success has been well documented, to include recognition from SIA as the 7th fastest growing staffing firm in the U.S. As our service offerings have expanded, so has our national presence. Though we have not forgot our humble beginnings in San Francisco, we have since expanded our adaptive services to multiple markets across the U.S. Our vision, much like our origins, remains singular: continue to bring our industry leading expertise and customer experience to an ever expanding consultant and client base.

Dan Pollock

Dan Pollock

President & CEO

Dan joined ADVANTIS Global in October of 2017 to implement and drive execution of our overall growth strategy for the company.  He is a passionate, results driven executive with over 18 years of experience within the staffing industry. Dan has led and grown offices, regions and large national accounts across North America but at heart Dan views himself as a teacher who loves coaching and mentoring his team.  His motto is teamwork makes the dream work and here at ADVANTIS we are dreaming big!

 

Dan has a finance degree from Penn State where he played on the men’s volleyball team.  Originally he is from Richmond, Virginia but has lived all over the country including California and is excited to be living and based out of the greatest city in the world, San Francisco!  When not staffing Dan enjoys loving life with his exceptional wife Stacey and playing with his two sons, AJ & Nathan.

Randi Haaker

Vice President, Finance & Operations

As VP of Finance and Operations, Randi Haaker leads all back office operations to ensure that ADVANTIS is achieving organizational efficiency and maintaining a strong financial position for strategic expansion. In her role, Randi oversees the Human Resources, Operations and Finance Departments ensuring compliance and consistently improving organizational procedures.  Randi joined ADVANTIS in 2009 and held positions as Payroll and Financial Systems Manager and Director of Finance before being promoted to her current role as VP in 2015. While managing daily operations and ensuring financial strength occupy much of Randi’s time, she is constantly implementing new processes to improve efficiency and generating forecasts to help guide organizational strategic decision making. Originally from Sacramento, California, Randi holds a degree in Economics from the University of California at Davis and has over 12 years of experience in compliance, finance and accounting. In her free time, Randi enjoys baking, watching crime dramas and taking her American Bulldog, Layla, out to explore the Virginia country side.

TJ Parris

Sales Manager

As Sales Manager of our Headquarter office in the heart of San Francisco, TJ Parris leads our tenacious team of Business Development Managers, who support clients ranging from the Peninsula, the East Bay, to downtown San Francisco, and into the North Bay.  TJ’s primary goal is to provide the best support and training to our Sales Team, to ensure a long and prosperous career for every individual. This entails spending time with our clients, conducting weekly reviews, and overall day-to-day support. TJ joined the ADVANTIS team as a Director of Business Development and was recently promoted into Sales Manager to help lead our SF office to new heights.  TJ was born in Pasadena, CA. A Los Angeles fan through and through, however, San Francisco is now where he calls home. TJ got his B.B.A from the University of Iowa, and since then has been crushing the staffing industry. Throughout his career, TJ has had the opportunity to prove himself while being able to travel the world, having worked in 2 countries and 5 US cities. He is a big Iowa football fan, loves snowboarding in Tahoe, and hiking with his Mountain Dog – Nala.

Delivery Manger

As Delivery Manager, Christian Gulbrandsen manages the recruiting team and strategic direction for ADVANTIS Headquarters, located in San Francisco. Christian joined ADVANTIS as a Delivery Manager after a successful start to his career in the staffing industry as a Senior and Lead Recruiter where he focused on filling a wide range of technical requirements for Fortune 500 companies as well as the mentorship and development of junior recruiters. Throughout his career he has worked in numerous technical markets, including Ft. Lauderdale (FL), Columbus (OH), San Jose and San Francisco (CA). Christian is heavily involved with the development of the Professional Recruiting program for ADVANTIS, where we accelerate already highly talented recruiters to the next level in their recruiting ability. Originally from Baltimore, Maryland, Christian attended Florida Atlantic University where he received his degree in Business Administration, with a concentration Marketing. As an outdoors enthusiast who enjoys watersports, hiking and snowboarding you can usually find him in either Lake Tahoe or Napa during his off time.

Bryan Mikolaitis

Director, Business Operations

As Director of Business Operations, Bryan Mikolaitis joined Advantis Global to run the day to day operations in the San Jose market. This includes building out market strategy, personnel management, sales and delivery leadership, training and development.  Bryan has extensive experience managing teams of Account Managers and Technical Recruiters to deliver IT Staffing and Services solutions to Fortune 500, mid-sized and start-up companies in the heart of the Silicon Valley. He is passionate about building high performance teams by driving excellence and helping others achieve their personal and professional goals. With a hands on approach to leadership, you can find him in the pit with Recruiters or on the road with his sales team.  Born and raised in the Pacific Northwest, Bryan graduated from the University of Oregon, with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Business. Go Ducks! An avid outdoorsman, you can find him in the back country of Tahoe or one of our amazing national parks, snowboarding, backpacking and camping.  Recently married, he spends his free time with his wife competing on the tennis court and traveling to new destinations.

Kyle Dover

Delivery Manager

As Delivery Manager, Kyle Dover provides strategic direction and fosters career growth of the IT Recruiters in the San Jose office. Kyle joined ADVANTIS as a Delivery Manager after a successful start to his career in the staffing industry as a Professional and Lead Recruiter where he focused on mentorship of younger recruiters as well as filling high level technical requirements for Fortune 100 clients. Kyle is also focused on the development and implementation of the Professional Recruiting program for ADVANTIS. Originally from Sonoma County California, Kyle Graduated from California State University, Sacramento with a degree in Business Administration concentrating on both Operations Management and Marketing. In his free time, he enjoys going to San Francisco Giants games, playing golf, rooting for the Oregon Ducks and participating in triathlons. Kyle just completed his first triathlon in Santa Cruz and has his sights set onanother one next year along with completing his first Tough Mudder.

Alex Raible

Sales Manager

As the Sales Manager for the Chicago office, Alex Raible is responsible for daily operations and overarching business development strategies. He oversees his own book of business in the greater Chicagoland area and is passionate about leading by example.

Alex has over 6 years of experience within the staffing industry across the country, making stops in Albuquerque, NM and St. Louis, MO prior to joining the Chicago team. He has sold across markets and verticals, but found his niche breaking down territories, penetrating accounts, and, most importantly, helping his team members develop and achieve their personal and professional goals.

Alex is originally from Cincinnati, OH and attended Bowling Green State University, where he graduated with a degree in International Business. When he’s not working, he enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, herding his two French Bulldogs, and cheering on his beloved Cincinnati sports teams. He also loves listening to live music and is excited to visit the many great venues that his new home has to offer.

As Delivery Manager, Branden Luna manages the recruiting team for the Chicago office and dedicates his time to the continued growth of one of ADVANTIS Global’s newest markets. Branden joined the ADVANTIS team as a Technical Recruiter and has been promoted twice in the short time he has been with the company. Branden exemplifies the organic growth model ADVANTIS adheres to and the professionalism ADVANTIS promotes! Branden’s other responsibilities as Delivery Manager include training internal employees, building out and implementing new strategies for the company, and most importantly, leading by example. Branden is a born and bred Chicagoan with a degree from the University of Kansas in Liberal Arts and Sciences. He is a big fan of the Chicago sports teams and in his free time, when he is not in the office, Branden DJ’s the home games for the Chicago Bears!

As Sales Manager, Brian Schweitzer joined ADVANTIS Global as a Director of National Accounts to oversee and expand our presence within enterprise level accounts. After a year in the role in the Bay area Brian was asked to open an office in Sacramento to expand our service offering in Northern California. Being raised in the Sacramento area he jumped at the opportunity.  Brian now manages the day to day operations of the Sacramento market. This includes developing market strategies, team management and building relationships with our clientele. Brian is a family man, avid golfer, 49er fan and self-proclaimed BBQ master.

Jennifer Derr

Manager of Culture and Corporate Recruiting

As Corporate Recruiting Manager, Jennifer Derr leads and manages the strategic initiatives for the internal recruiting/hiring efforts for the entire Company. Jennifer joined the ADVANTIS team as a Corporate Recruiter and was promoted into management soon therafter. She focuses her time on building out the corporate recruiting team and works closely with internal hiring managers to assist with recruiting efforts. Jennifer is from a small town in North Idaho and graduated with a degree in Business Management from Lewis-Clark State College. After college she moved to San Jose, California where she spent 7 + years as a Sr. Account Manager and helped staff the world’s largest Networking Company. In her free time, she enjoys crafting, quilting, real estate and cooking.
